English Simpal Recipes |
Ingredients:

1 cup jackfruit seeds (boiled & peeled)

1 small onion (chopped)

1 tomato (chopped)
-
2 green chilies English Simpal Recipes (slit or chopped)
-
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
-
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
-
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
-
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
-
1/2 tsp red chili powder
-
1/2 tsp garam masala (optional)
-
Salt to taste
-
1–2 tbsp oil
-
Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
Instructions:

Boil & Peel Seeds:
Pressure cook or boil the jackfruit seeds for 3–4 whistles. Let them cool. Remove the white outer skin and cut seeds into halves if big. -
Heat Oil:
In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter. -
Sauté Base:
Add onions and Hindi Simpal Recipes green chilies. Sauté until onions turn golden. -
Add Masala:
Add ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 1–2 mins. Then add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt. -
Add Tomatoes:
Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until soft and mushy. -
Add Seeds:
Add boiled jackfruit seeds. Mix well and cook for 5–7 mins on medium heat. -
Finish:
Sprinkle garam Marathi Simpale Recipes masala (if using). Mix and cook for 2 more mins. -
Garnish & Serve:
Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
