Jackfruit seeds sabji English Simpal Recipes

 

English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup jackfruit seeds (boiled & peeled)

  • 1 small onion (chopped)

  • 1 tomato (chopped)

  • 2 green chilies English Simpal Recipes (slit or chopped)

  • 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

  • 1/2 tsp mustard seeds

  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds

  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder

  • 1/2 tsp garam masala (optional)

  • Salt to taste

  • 1–2 tbsp oil

  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)


Instructions:

  1. Boil & Peel Seeds:
    Pressure cook or boil the jackfruit seeds for 3–4 whistles. Let them cool. Remove the white outer skin and cut seeds into halves if big.

  2. Heat Oil:
    In a pan, heat oil. Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.

  3. Sauté Base:
    Add onions and 
    Hindi Simpal Recipes green chilies. Sauté until onions turn golden.

  4. Add Masala:
    Add ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 1–2 mins. Then add turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.

  5. Add Tomatoes:
    Add chopped tomatoes. Cook until soft and mushy.

  6. Add Seeds:
    Add boiled jackfruit seeds. Mix well and cook for 5–7 mins on medium heat.

  7. Finish:
    Sprinkle garam 
    Marathi Simpale Recipes masala (if using). Mix and cook for 2 more mins.

  8. Garnish & Serve:
    Add chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice or roti.
