English Simpal Recipes |
π Ingredients:

Mango pulp β 1 cup (fresh or canned)

Milk powder β 1 cup

Sugar β Β½ cup (adjust to taste)

Ghee (clarified butter) β 2 tbsp

Cardamom powder β ΒΌ tsp (optional)

Chopped pistachios or almonds β for garnish
π©βπ³ Instructions:

Heat ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat.

Add mango pulp English Simpal Recipes and stir for 2β3 minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.

Add milk powder gradually and mix well to avoid lumps.

Add sugar and continue to cook on medium-low heat. Stir continuously.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Transfer the mixture to a greased tray or plate and spread it evenly.
