Mango Barfi English Simpal Recipes

 

English Simpal Recipes

📝 Ingredients:

  • Mango pulp – 1 cup (fresh or canned)

  • Milk powder – 1 cup

  • Sugar – ½ cup (adjust to taste)

  • Ghee (clarified butter) – 2 tbsp

  • Cardamom powder – ¼ tsp (optional)

  • Chopped pistachios or almonds – for garnish


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan on low heat.

  2. Add mango pulp English Simpal Recipes and stir for 2–3 minutes until it starts to thicken slightly.

  3. Add milk powder gradually and mix well to avoid lumps.

  4. Add sugar and continue to cook on medium-low heat. Stir continuously.

  5. Cook until the mixture thickens and starts to leave the sides of the pan Hindi Simpal Recipes (about 10–15 minutes).

  6. Add cardamom powder and mix well.

  7. Transfer the mixture to a greased tray or plate and spread it evenly.

  8. Let it cool completely, then cut into squares or diamonds.

Tips:

  • You can use store-bought canned mango pulp like Alphonso for best flavor.

  • Make sure to stir constantly to prevent burning.
