Pan-Fried Paneer
Ingredients:
- 250 grams paneer English Simpal Recipes (cubed)
- 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or olive oil)
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
- Lemon wedges (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Paneer:
- Cut the paneer Hindi Simpal Recipes into bite-sized cubes.
Heat the Oil:
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add Spices:
- Add cumin seeds to the hot oil. Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
- Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to combine the spices.
Fry the Paneer:
- Add the paneer cubes to the pan.
- Gently toss the paneer to coat them evenly with the spices.
- Fry the paneer on medium heat, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. This should take about 7-10 minutes.
Finish with Garam Masala:
- Sprinkle garam masala over the paneer and toss well.
Garnish and Serve:
