Pan-Fried Paneer

Ingredients:

  • 250 grams paneer English Simpal Recipes (cubed)
  • 2 tablespoons oil (vegetable or olive oil)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Paneer:

    • Cut the paneer Hindi Simpal Recipes into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Heat the Oil:

    • Heat the oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  3. Add Spices:

    • Add cumin seeds to the hot oil. Let them sizzle for a few seconds.
    • Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well to combine the spices.
  4. Fry the Paneer:

    • Add the paneer cubes to the pan.
    • Gently toss the paneer to coat them evenly with the spices.
    • Fry the paneer on medium heat, turning occasionally, until they are golden brown and crispy on all sides. This should take about 7-10 minutes.
  5. Finish with Garam Masala:

    • Sprinkle garam masala over the paneer and toss well.
  6. Garnish and Serve:
