English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk English Simpal Recipes (optional, for fluffiness)
  • 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup cheese, grated (optional)
  • 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup bell peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or cilantro) for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Ingredients:

    • Wash and slice Hindi Simpal Recipes the mushrooms.
    • Finely chop the onions and bell peppers.
    • Grate the cheese if using.
    • Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, pepper, and milk (if using). Beat the eggs until well combined.
  2. Cook the Vegetables:

    • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
    • Add butter or oil to the pan.
    • Once the butter is melted, add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
    • Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender and any released moisture has evaporated, about 3-4 minutes.
  3. Make the Omelette:

    • Pour the beaten Marathi Simpale Recipes eggs over the cooked vegetables in the skillet. Tilt the pan slightly to ensure the eggs spread out evenly.
    • Let the eggs cook undisturbed for a minute or until they start to set around the edges.
    • If using, sprinkle the grated cheese over one half of the omelette.
  4. Fold and Serve:

    • Once the omelette is mostly set but still slightly runny on top, use a spatula to gently fold it in half.
    • Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
    • Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate.
    • Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
