Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup milk English Simpal Recipes (optional, for fluffiness)
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/4 cup cheese, grated (optional)
- 1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell peppers, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp butter or oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or cilantro) for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Ingredients:
- Wash and slice Hindi Simpal Recipes the mushrooms.
- Finely chop the onions and bell peppers.
- Grate the cheese if using.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add a pinch of salt, pepper, and milk (if using). Beat the eggs until well combined.
Cook the Vegetables:
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter or oil to the pan.
- Once the butter is melted, add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Sauté for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
- Add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook until they are tender and any released moisture has evaporated, about 3-4 minutes.
Make the Omelette:
- Pour the beaten Marathi Simpale Recipes eggs over the cooked vegetables in the skillet. Tilt the pan slightly to ensure the eggs spread out evenly.
- Let the eggs cook undisturbed for a minute or until they start to set around the edges.
- If using, sprinkle the grated cheese over one half of the omelette.
Fold and Serve:
- Once the omelette is mostly set but still slightly runny on top, use a spatula to gently fold it in half.
- Cook for another minute or until the cheese is melted and the omelette is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
- Carefully slide the omelette onto a plate.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
