English Simpal Recipes |
Ingredients:
- 1 medium English Simpal Recipes cauliflower, cut into florets
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish
- Cooking oil
Instructions:
Blanch the Cauliflower:
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Add salt and turmeric powder.
- Add Hindi Simpal Recipes cauliflower florets and blanch for about 3-4 minutes until slightly tender.
- Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Masala:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
Add Spices:
- Add ginger-garlic Marathi Simpale Recipes paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well and cook for another minute.
Cooking Tomatoes:
- Add tomato puree and cook until oil starts to separate from the masala paste, stirring occasionally.
Combine Cauliflower:
- Add blanched cauliflower florets to the pan. Mix gently to coat the florets with the masala.
Simmer and Garnish:
- Add garam masala powder and salt to taste. Mix well.
- Cover the pan and let the cauliflower cook on low heat for about 10-12 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Serve:
- Garnish with fresh cilantro leaves.
- Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
