Ingredients:
- 500 grams chicken English Simpal Recipes breasts or thighs, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8-10 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional, for added flavor)
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano or mixed herbs
- 1/4 cup chicken broth or water
- Fresh parsley or cilantro, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Marinate the Chicken:
- In a bowl, mix Hindi Simpal Recipes the chicken pieces with salt, black pepper powder, paprika (if using), and dried oregano or mixed herbs. Let it marinate for about 15-20 minutes.
Cooking:
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet or frying pan over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic to the hot oil and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant and lightly golden.
Add Chicken:
- Add the marinated chicken pieces to the skillet. Stir-fry for 5-7 minutes or until the chicken is fully cooked and browned on all sides.
Deglaze and Simmer:
- Pour chicken broth or water into the skillet to deglaze it, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pan. This adds flavor to the sauce.
- Reduce the heat to medium-low and let the chicken simmer in the sauce for another 2-3 minutes. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper if needed.
Serve:

- Serve hot with steamed rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread.
