Ingredients:
- Eggs: 4-5 (boiled and peeled)
- Onion: 1 large English Simpal Recipes (finely chopped)
- Tomatoes: 2 medium (chopped)
- Green Chilies: 2 (slit)
- Ginger-Garlic Paste: 1 tablespoon
- Turmeric Powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Red Chili Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Coriander Powder: 1 teaspoon
- Cumin Seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
- Mustard Seeds: 1/2 teaspoon
- Fenugreek Seeds: 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Tamarind Pulp: 2 tablespoons (or adjust to taste)
- Curry Leaves: A few
- Fresh Coriander Leaves: For garnish
- Oil: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: To taste
Instructions:
Preparation:
- Boil the eggs, peel Hindi Simpal Recipes them, and set them aside.
Tempering:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
- If using fenugreek seeds, add them now and sauté for a few seconds.
Sautéing:
- Add finely chopped onions and curry leaves to the pan.
- Sauté until the Marathi Simpale Recipes onions turn golden brown.
Adding Spices:
- Add ginger-garlic paste and slit green chilies. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until the raw smell disappears.
- Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Stir well.
Tomatoes:
- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts separating from the mixture.
Adding Tamarind:
- Add tamarind pulp to the mixture and cook for a few minutes, allowing the flavors to blend.
Simmering:
- Gently add the boiled eggs to the gravy. Stir carefully so that the eggs don't break.
- Cook for about 5 minutes on low heat, allowing the eggs to absorb the flavors of the gravy.
Garnishing:
- Garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
Serving:
- Serve hot with steamed rice, chapati, or any Indian bread of your choice.
Tips:
- Adjust the amount of tamarind pulp based on your preference for tanginess.
- You can also add a pinch of sugar if you like a slightly sweet flavor in the pulusu.
