Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless English Simpal Recipe schicken breasts
  • 4 tablespoons butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. In a small bowl, mix together the softened butter, minced garlic, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well combined.Hindi Simpal Recipes

  3. Place each chicken breast between two sheets of plastic wrap and gently pound them to an even thickness, about 1/2 inch thick.

  5. Carefully roll up each chicken breast, ensuring the butter mixture stays inside, and secure with toothpicks if necessary.

  6. Place the breadcrumbs in a shallow dish. Roll each chicken breast in the breadcrumbs until evenly coated.

  7. Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.

  8. Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

  9. Once cooked, remove the chicken kievs from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes.

  10. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the chicken.
