Ingredients:
- 4 boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 large English Simpal Recipes onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
- 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- Water as needed
Instructions:
Prepare Eggs: Boil the eggs until hard-boiled. Once cooled, peel and chop them into small pieces.Hindi Simpal Recipes
Cooking Base:
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili (if using). Sauté for another minute until the raw smell of ginger-garlic goes away.
Spices:

- Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts separating from the masala.
Adding Eggs:
- Add the chopped boiled eggs to the pan. Mix gently to coat the eggs with the masala.
Simmering:
- Add a little water (about 1/4 to 1/2 cup) to adjust the consistency of the keema. Cover the pan and simmer for 5-7 minutes on low heat to allow the flavors to blend.
Finishing Touch:
- Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another minute.
- Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
Serving:
- Serve hot with roti, paratha, naan, or steamed rice.
Tips:
- Adjust the spice levels according to your taste preferences.
- You can add peas or other vegetables to enhance the nutritional value and texture of the dish.
- For a richer taste, you can also add a tablespoon of fresh cream or yogurt towards the end of cooking.
