English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 large English Simpal Recipes onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves, chopped for garnish
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • Water as needed

Instructions:

  1. Prepare Eggs: Boil the eggs until hard-boiled. Once cooled, peel and chop them into small pieces.Hindi Simpal Recipes

  2. Cooking Base:

    • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
    • Add ginger-garlic paste and green chili (if using). Sauté for another minute until the raw smell of ginger-garlic goes away.
  3. Spices:

    • Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and oil starts separating from the masala.
  4. Adding Eggs:

  6. Finishing Touch:

    • Sprinkle garam masala powder and mix well. Cook for another minute.
    • Garnish with chopped fresh coriander leaves.
  7. Serving:

    • Serve hot with roti, paratha, naan, or steamed rice.

Tips:

  • Adjust the spice levels according to your taste preferences.
  • You can add peas or other vegetables to enhance the nutritional value and texture of the dish.
  • For a richer taste, you can also add a tablespoon of fresh cream or yogurt towards the end of cooking.
