English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams English Simpal Recipes of noodles (egg noodles or any noodles of your choice)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (such as carrots, bell peppers, cabbage, and beans)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Spring onions, chopped (for garnish, optional)

Instructions:

  1. Cook the Noodles:

    • Cook the Hindi Simpal Recipes noodles according to the package instructions until they are al dente. Drain and set aside. You can rinse them under cold water to stop further cooking and to prevent sticking.
  2. Prepare the Vegetables:

    • Heat the vegetable oil in a large pan or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced onions. Stir-fry for about 1-2 minutes until the onions are translucent and aromatic.
    • Add the mixed vegetables to the pan. Stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes Marathi Simpale Recipes until they are tender-crisp. You can adjust the cooking time depending on how crunchy or soft you prefer your vegetables.
  3. Cook the Eggs:

    • Add the cooked noodles to the pan with the vegetables and eggs.
    • Pour soy sauce and oyster sauce (if using) over the noodles. Toss everything together gently using tongs or a spatula until the noodles are evenly coated with the sauces and ingredients are well combined.
  5. Season and Serve:

    • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to heat everything through.
    • Remove from heat and transfer the egg fried noodles to serving plates.
    • Garnish with chopped spring onions if desired.
  6. Serve Hot:

    • Serve the egg fried noodles hot as a delicious and satisfying meal.
