Ingredients:
- 250g mushrooms, sliced (button mushrooms or any variety you prefer)
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil
- Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce
- Pita bread or flatbreads
- Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, etc.
Instructions:
Prepare the Mushrooms:
