English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 250g mushrooms, sliced (button mushrooms or any variety you prefer)
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil
  • Greek yogurt or tzatziki sauce
  • Pita bread or flatbreads
  • Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced tomatoes, cucumber, feta cheese, etc.

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Mushrooms:
