English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 200g ramen noodles
  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • 4 cups English Simpal Recipes vegetable broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1-inch piece ginger, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp miso paste (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms (shiitake or button)
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 boiled egg (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Tofu:

    • Press the tofu Hindi Simpale Recipes to remove excess water. Cut it into cubes.
    • Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
    • Add the tofu cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
  2. Prepare the Broth:

    • In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
    • Add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
    • Pour in the vegetable broth.
    • Add soy sauce and miso paste (if using). Stir to combine.
    • Bring the broth to a simmer.
  3. Cook the Noodles:

  4. Add Vegetables and Tofu:

    • Add the cooked tofu cubes to the broth. Stir gently.
  5. Assemble the Ramen:

    • Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls.

    • Top with chopped green onions and a halved boiled egg (if using).
    • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Serve:

    • Enjoy your homemade tofu ramen hot!
