Ingredients:
- 200g ramen noodles
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- 4 cups English Simpal Recipes vegetable broth
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1-inch piece ginger, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp miso paste (optional)
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms (shiitake or button)
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 boiled egg (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Tofu:
- Press the tofu Hindi Simpale Recipes to remove excess water. Cut it into cubes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add the tofu cubes and cook until they are golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Broth:
- In a large pot, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and ginger. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the vegetable broth.
- Add soy sauce and miso paste (if using). Stir to combine.
- Bring the broth to a simmer.
Cook the Noodles:
- While the broth is Marathi Simpale Recipes simmering, cook the ramen noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Add Vegetables and Tofu:
- Add the sliced mushrooms and julienned carrots to the simmering broth. Cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the baby spinach and cook for another 1-2 minutes until wilted.
- Add the cooked tofu cubes to the broth. Stir gently.
Assemble the Ramen:
- Divide the cooked ramen noodles into bowls.
- Ladle the hot broth with tofu and vegetables over the noodles.
- Top with chopped green onions and a halved boiled egg (if using).
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve:
- Enjoy your homemade tofu ramen hot!
