Ingredients:
- Red button English Simpal Recipes mushrooms: 250 grams
- Onion: 1 medium-sized
- Tomatoes: 2 medium-sized
- Garlic: 2-3 cloves
- Turmeric powder: 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder: As per taste
- Coriander powder: As per taste
- Garam masala: As per taste
- Cooking oil: 1 tablespoon
- Fresh coriander leaves: Finely chopped, for garnishing
Instructions:
- Wash the red Hindi Simpal Recipes button mushrooms thoroughly and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan and add turmeric powder and crushed garlic cloves.
- Sauté the garlic until it turns golden brown, then add chopped onions.
- Cook the onions until they turn golden brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes to the pan and cook until they turn mushy.
- Mash the Marathi Simpale Recipe stomatoes well to form a smooth paste.
- Now, add green chili, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala to the pan.
- Mix all the spices well and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the red button mushrooms to the pan and mix them well with the spice mixture.
- Pour water into the pan, enough to cover the mushrooms, and cover it with a lid.
- Cook the Lal Dingri Bhaji until the mushrooms are tender.
- Check for seasoning and adjust according to your taste.
- Once the mushrooms are cooked, garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
