English Simpal Recipes |
Hyemul pajon (seafood pancake) is a popular Korean dish. Here is its recipe in Marathi:
Materials:
Seafood (creel, shrimp, mussels, squid) - 200 g (cleaned and cut into small pieces)
Rice flour - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1/2 cup
Water – 1 cup (as required)
Egg - 1
Green Chillies – 2-3 (finely chopped)
Coriander – 1/4 cup (finely chopped)
Red Chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Onion leaves - 1/2 cup (finely chopped)
Soya sauce - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - for frying
Method:
Preparation:
Wash the seafood and cut it into small pieces.
Take rice and wheat flour in a big bowl.
Break an egg into it and add English Simpal Recipes water as needed to make a uniform dough.
Preparing the Dough:
Add seafood, green chillies, coriander, red chillies, onion leaves, soy sauce and salt to the prepared batter. Mix all the ingredients together.
Fry:
Heat oil in a large pan.
Pour the batter mixture on the pan and spread evenly.
Fry on medium flame English Simpal Recipes until golden on both sides.
Serving:
Serve hot with haemul pajon. Serve with soy sauce or your favorite sauce.
