Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
- 1 teaspoon mango extract
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- Cut the ripe mango into chunks and place them in a blender.
- Add yogurt, milk, honey or sugar (if desired), and mango extract to the blender.
- Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is achieved.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or mango flavor by adding more honey, sugar, or mango extract if needed.
- Pour the mango smoothie into glasses and serve chilled.
