Mango extract


 




Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and pitted
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon mango extract
  • Ice cubes



Instructions:

  • Cut the ripe mango into chunks and place them in a blender.
  • Add yogurt, milk, honey or sugar (if desired), and mango extract to the blender.
  • Blend the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
  • If the smoothie is too thick, add a few ice cubes and blend again until desired consistency is achieved.
  • Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness or mango flavor by adding more honey, sugar, or mango extract if needed.
  • Pour the mango smoothie into glasses and serve chilled.
