Dahi Curry




 


Materials:
  • 2 cups curd
  • 4 tbsp gram flour
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1 tbsp
  • 1 tbsp cumin seeds
  • Juice of 2 lemons
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Add coriander (fresh coriander).
  • salt.



Preparation Method:

  • Add gram flour and curd together in a bottle and let it simmer for two hours.
  • Add water to a shallow pan and heat until warm.
  • Mix gram flour and curd with warm water. Use it in lightly cold water if the masala is in the mixer.
  • Heat oil in a pan and add rai and cumin seeds. Roast it according to taste.
  • Add curd-besani mixture to it and heat it properly.
  • Add potato wedges or as many vegetables as you can fit in it.
  • Add it to a pan of deep fried oil and garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice.
  • Dahi Kadi is ready to eat with wedge wedges. This food is mainly used to make a vegetable dish and soup meal in our Marathi bhajans.
