  • 1/4 cup sabja seeds (basil seeds)
  • 1/4 cup falooda sev (vermicelli)
  • 1 scoop vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tbsp chopped nuts (pistachios, almonds, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp rose petals (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Soak the sabja seeds in water for about 30 minutes until they swell up.

  4. Take a tall glass and add a spoonful of soaked sabja seeds at the bottom.

  5. Add a spoonful of rose syrup on top of the seeds.

  6. Add a layer of falooda sev on top of the rose syrup.

  7. Pour the chilled milk into the glass until it is almost full.

  8. Add a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the milk.

  9. Sprinkle the chopped nuts and rose petals (if using) on top of the ice cream.

  10. Serve immediately with a spoon and a straw.
