Mutton Moglai Salan Recipe


 


Material :-

  • Half a kilo of mutton
  • A kilo of onions
  • 5-6 red chillies
  • 2 teaspoons of coriander
  • 5-6 pepper, 3 cardamom
  • 1 cinnamon, 1 inch ginger
  • 7-8 garlic cloves
  • Half a teaspoon of turmeric
  • ghee, salt
  • A little saffron, 5-6 almonds
Work :-
  • Cut the mutton and wash it. Cut the onion thinly. Rub the mutton with salt, turmeric and coriander powder.
  • Heat ghee and put mutton in it and keep it on high flame. When the mutton turns brown, add 3 cups of boiling water to it and cook the mutton with a tight lid.
  • Fry the onion in ghee and brown it.
  • When the mutton is cooked, add onions. Add cardamom, cinnamon and crushed black peppercorns.
  • If necessary, keep coming back with a bowl of water. Fry a little and add 2 tsp hot ghee.
  • Dissolve almonds in milk. Mix saffron in some milk. Add both to the mutton and mix to create steam.
  • Serve this mutton salan with paratha.
