Mosambi Juice Recipe

Ingredients:

- 4-5 mosambi (sweet limes)

- 2 tablespoons sugar (adjust to taste)

- 1 cup water

- Ice cubes (optional)

- Mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

1. Start by washing the mosambis thoroughly to remove any dirt or impurities from the skin.

2. Cut each mosambi in half and extract the juice using a citrus juicer or a manual juicer. You can also use your hands to squeeze out the juice if you don't have a juicer.

3. Once you have extracted all the juice, strain it through a fine mesh strainer to remove any seeds or pulp. This step is optional if you prefer a pulpier juice.

4. In a pitcher or jug, combine the mosambi juice with water and stir well.

5. Add sugar to the juice and stir until it completely dissolves. You can adjust the amount of sugar based on your taste preference and the sweetness of the mosambis.
