- 2 eggs
- 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
- 1 small tomato finely chopped
- 2 green chillies finely chopped
- salt
- Half teaspoon garam masala
- A pinch of coriander leaves
- Half teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 small oil
Action :-
- Break eggs in a bowl and beat them well. Add finely chopped onion, tomato and green chillies and mix well.
- Then add garam masala, kadipatta powder and salt to it and beat it well.
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan on medium heat and add cumin seeds and saute for few seconds.
- Then add the egg mixture and cook on low flame until both sides turn light brown.
- Serve hot masala omelette with bread and sauce.
