Mango Juice



 Here's a simple recipe for making fresh mango juice:

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe mangoes
  • 1 cup of water
  • Sugar (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Wash the mangoes thoroughly and peel them.
  2. Cut the flesh of the mangoes into chunks and discard the seed.
  3. Add the mango chunks and water to a blender.
  4. Blend the mixture until it becomes smooth.
  5. If you prefer a sweeter taste, add some sugar to the mixture and blend again until fully combined.
  6. Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or cheesecloth to remove any pulp.
  7. Chill the juice in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving.
  8. Pour the chilled mango juice into glasses and enjoy!

Note: You can adjust the amount of water and sugar according to your preference. Also, you can add a squeeze of lime or lemon juice to enhance the flavor.
