Lemon Juice



 Here's a simple recipe for lemon juice:


Ingredients:

  • 4-5 lemons
  • Water
  • Sugar (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Cut the lemons in half and juice them using a juicer or by squeezing them with your hands.
  2. Strain the lemon juice to remove any seeds or pulp.
  3. Pour the lemon juice into a pitcher or jug.
  4. Add water to the lemon juice to dilute it to your desired strength. A good starting ratio is 1 part lemon juice to 3 parts water.
  5. If desired, add sugar to sweeten the lemon juice. Start with a small amount and adjust to taste.
  6. Stir the lemon juice well and chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
  7. Serve the lemon juice over ice and enjoy!
