Kesar Badam Milk Pre-Mix


           Kesar Badam Milk Pre-Mix is a powdered blend of saffron (kesar), almonds (badam), and other ingredients used to make a flavored milk beverage. It is a popular Indian drink known for its rich and aromatic taste. Here's a basic recipe to make Kesar Badam Milk using a pre-mix:




Ingredients:

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons Kesar Badam Milk Pre-Mix
  • Sugar or sweetener (optional)
  • Chopped almonds for garnish (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a gentle boil. Stir occasionally to prevent scorching.
  2. Reduce the heat to low and add the Kesar Badam Milk Pre-Mix to the milk.
  3. Stir well to ensure that the pre-mix is fully dissolved and incorporated into the milk.
  4. Continue simmering the milk for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to infuse.
  5. If desired, add sugar or sweetener according to your taste preference. Stir until it dissolves completely.
  6. Turn off the heat and remove the saucepan from the stove.
  7. Pour the prepared Kesar Badam Milk into serving glasses or cups.

Note: The Kesar Badam Milk Pre-Mix is readily available in the market. However, if you don't have access to it, you can make a homemade version by grinding together saffron strands, blanched almonds, and sugar to a fine powder. Adjust the quantity of this homemade mix as per your taste while making the milk.
