Ingredients:
- 4 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 tomatoes, finely chopped
- 2 green chillies, finely chopped
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste

- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp oil
- Fresh coriander leaves, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them well. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan on medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
- Add chopped onion and green chillies, and sauté until onions turn translucent.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
- Add chopped tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala powder. Mix well and cook until tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
- Add the beaten eggs to the pan and mix everything together. Keep stirring and cooking until the eggs are fully cooked and scrambled.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with bread or roti.
