Chicken Liver Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 250 grams chicken liver
- 2 medium onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tablespoon green chili paste
- 1 tablespoon coriander powder
- 1 tablespoon garam masala powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- Cooking oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan or skillet.
- Add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste and mix well.
- Add green chili paste, coriander powder, garam masala powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix everything together.
- Add the chicken liver to the pan and cook over medium heat.
- Cook the chicken liver until it is well cooked and tender. Stir occasionally.
- Once the chicken liver is cooked, remove it from the heat and serve hot.
