Material :-
- 625 grams of chicken pieces
- 4 tablespoons of oil
- 6 curry leaves
- 1/4 tsp Kaloji
- 1/4 tsp mustard
- 8 chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
- 1 teaspoon chili
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 tsp ground cumin seeds
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon roasted sesame seeds
- 2 tsp coriander
Action :-
- Heat oil in a pan and fry curry leaves first.
- Then roast Kalouji and Mustard.
- Reduce the gas and add tomato and fry for 2 minutes and add chopped coriander, chilli, salt, chopped cumin and garlic.
- Add the chicken pieces and cook, stirring, until the gravy thickens and the chicken is tender.
- Add sesame seeds and coriander and take out the serving dish and eat hot with rice.
