Cabbage Bread Recipe

Ingredients:

- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup finely shredded cabbage

- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/4 cup vegetable oil

- 2 tablespoons sugar

- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

- Optional toppings: sesame seeds, dried herbs, or grated cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a loaf pan.

2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the milk and vegetable oil. Add the shredded cabbage to the wet ingredients and stir until well combined.

4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until the dough comes together. It may be slightly sticky.

5. Transfer the dough to the greased loaf pan and spread it evenly.

6. If desired, sprinkle some sesame seeds, dried herbs, or grated cheese on top of the dough for added flavor and decoration.

7. Bake the cabbage bread in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
