Butter Chicken Recipe





Material :-

  • 1 kg Tandoori Chicken
  • 30 grams of curd
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 250 grams of tomato puree
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 150 grams of cream
  • 1 chopped green chilli
  • 1 bunch chopped coriander
Action :-
  • Cut the chicken into 8-10 pieces.
  • Heat oil and curd, add cumin seeds. Then add tomato puree.
  • After 2 minutes add chicken pieces. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Rub 3-4 times in between.
  • Add cream and boil for 2 minutes after serving and remove in a dish and add coriander, green chillies.
