Material :-
- 1 kg Tandoori Chicken
- 30 grams of curd
- 1 tsp oil
- 250 grams of tomato puree
- 2 teaspoons of salt
- 150 grams of cream
- 1 chopped green chilli
- 1 bunch chopped coriander
Action :-
- Cut the chicken into 8-10 pieces.
- Heat oil and curd, add cumin seeds. Then add tomato puree.
- After 2 minutes add chicken pieces. Cook for 8-10 minutes. Rub 3-4 times in between.
- Add cream and boil for 2 minutes after serving and remove in a dish and add coriander, green chillies.
