Aam Aur Paneer Ke Laddu Recipe



Here's a recipe for Aam Aur Paneer Ke Laddu, which are mango and cottage cheese (paneer)
sweet balls:

Ingredients:

- 1 cup cottage cheese (paneer), grated

- 1 cup ripe mango pulp

- 1/2 cup powdered sugar (adjust according to taste)

- 1/4 teaspoon cardamom powder

- 2 tablespoons chopped pistachios or almonds (optional)

- Desiccated coconut or powdered sugar for rolling the laddus

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cottage cheese (paneer) and mango pulp. Mix well until the mixture becomes smooth and creamy.

2. Add powdered sugar and cardamom powder to the mixture. Mix again until all the ingredients are well combined. Taste and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.

3. Heat a non-stick pan on medium heat and add the mango and paneer mixture. Cook it for about 5-7 minutes, stirring continuously, until the mixture thickens slightly and comes together like a dough.

4. Remove the mixture from the heat and let it cool for a few minutes until it is comfortable to handle.

5. Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a smooth ball. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture to make laddus.

6. Optional: If you like, you can roll the laddus in chopped pistachios or almonds for added crunch and flavor.

7. Finally, roll the laddus in desiccated coconut or powdered sugar to coat them evenly.

8. Place the Aam Aur Paneer Ke Laddus on a plate and refrigerate for about an hour to set.

9. Serve chilled and enjoy these delicious mango and paneer sweet balls as a delightful treat!

Note: You can adjust the sweetness and flavorings according to your taste preferences. Feel free to experiment by adding other ingredients such as saffron strands or a pinch of nutmeg for additional aroma.
