- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- A pinch of salt
- Pepper
- 2 tablespoons of butter
Action :-
- Break the eggs and beat them well. Add salt, pepper and milk to it and beat well again.
- Heat butter in a pan on medium heat.
- Once the butter starts to melt, add this mixture and cook for 1-2 minutes until the egg is set.
- Then cook further and remove to a separate serving dish.
- Serve with salad.
