Ingredients:

  • 200 grams Suran (elephant foot yam), peeled and cut into small pieces

  • 1/2 cup fresh cream (or substitute with yogurt or milk cream)

  • 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Suran:
