Egg Pulao English Simpal Recipes

 

English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Basmati rice
  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 large onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 green chilies, slit
  • 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2-3 cloves
  • 1-2 bay English Simpal Recipes leaves
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2-3 green cardamoms
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons oil or ghee
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • 4 cups water

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Rice:

    • Rinse the Basmati Hindi Simpal Recipes rice thoroughly and soak it in water for about 20-30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  2. Boil the Eggs:

    • Boil the eggs, peel them, and cut them into halves or quarters. Set aside.
  3. Cook the Spices:

    • Heat oil or ghee in a large pan or pot over medium heat.
    • Add cumin seeds, cloves, bay leaves, cinnamon stick, and cardamoms. Sauté until they release their aroma.
  4. Sauté Onions and Tomatoes:

    • Add the finely sliced onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
    • Add the Marathi Simpale Recipes ginger-garlic paste and green chilies. Sauté for another 1-2 minutes.
    • Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they become soft and the oil starts to separate.
  5. Add Spices:

    • Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.
    • Add the soaked and drained rice to the pan and stir gently to coat the rice with the spices.
  6. Cook the Pulao:

    • Add 4 cups of water and bring it to a boil.
    • Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and let it simmer until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed (about 15-20 minutes).
  7. Add the Eggs:

    • Once the rice is cooked, gently place the boiled egg halves or quarters on top of the rice.
    • Sprinkle garam masala powder over the rice and eggs.
  8. Garnish and Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
    • Serve hot with raita or any side dish of your choice.
