Egg Mayo Sandwich Recipe
Ingredients:
- 4 large eggs
- 4 tablespoons English Simpal Recipes mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard (optional)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 slices of bread (white, whole wheat, or your choice)
- Butter or margarine (for spreading on bread)
- Lettuce leaves or other salad greens (optional)
Instructions:
Boil the Eggs:
- Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with cold water.
- Bring the water to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let the eggs simmer for about 10 minutes.
- Remove the eggs from the hot water and place them in a bowl of ice Hindi Simpal Recipes water to cool.
- Once cool, peel the eggs and chop them into small pieces.
Prepare the Egg Mixture:
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped eggs with mayonnaise.
- Add mustard if using, and mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in chopped chives or parsley if desired.
Assemble the Sandwich:
- Spread butter or margarine on one side of each bread slice.
- Place a generous amount of the egg mayo mixture on one slice of bread.
- Add lettuce or other salad greens if using.

Serve:
- Cut the sandwich diagonally or into halves.

- Toast the Bread: For a crispier sandwich, you can toast the bread slices before assembling.
