Boiled Egg Fry English Simpal Recipes

 

English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • 4 boiled eggs
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tomato, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon English Simpal Recipes ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
  • Cooking oil

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the Eggs:

    • Boil the eggs until they are hard-boiled. Peel them and cut each egg into halves lengthwise.
  2. Fry the Eggs:

    • Heat oil in a Hindi Simpal Recipes pan over medium heat. Place the egg halves carefully in the pan and fry them until they turn golden brown on both sides. Remove them from the pan and set aside.
  3. Prepare the Masala:

    • In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
  4. Add Spices:

    • Add ginger-garlic paste and chopped green chili (if using). Sauté for a minute until the raw smell disappears.
  5. Tomatoes and Spices:

    • Add chopped Marathi Simpale Recipes tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, and salt. Mix well and cook the masala until the oil separates from the sides.
  6. Combine with Eggs:

    • Gently add the fried egg halves into the masala. Coat the eggs well with the masala mixture. Cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat, stirring gently to avoid breaking the eggs.
  7. Serve:

    • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves. Serve hot with roti, naan, or rice.
