Ingredients:

  • 8 good-quality pork sausages
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 225g (1 1/2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 4 large eggs
  • 300ml (1 1/4 cups) whole milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F). Place a 9x13 inch baking dish or a shallow roasting tin in the oven to heat up.

  2. While the oven is preheating, cook the sausages. Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the sausages and cook for about 5 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned on all sides. Remove from heat and set aside.
