Materials:
For the noodles:
Nengmyeon noodles (buckwheat noodles): 200 g
Water: 1 liter
Ice cubes: 1 cup
For the broth:
Beef broth (if using ground beef): 4 cups (or vegetable broth)
Soy sauce: 2 tbsp
Sugar: 1 tbsp
Salt: As per taste
Vinegar: 2 tbsp
Ice cubes: 1 cup
For the topping:
Cucumber slices: 1/2 cup
Eggs in a milk jug: 1
Pork or beef chunks (cooked): 1/2 cup
Pear slices: 1/2 cup (optional)

To cook the noodles:
Boil water in a large pot and add the noodles. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until noodles are tender.
After the noodles are cooked, rinse them in cold water and drain in a colander. Then place in ice water.
To prepare the broth:
Bring the beef or vegetable broth to a boil in a large pot.
Add soy sauce, sugar, salt and vinegar to it. Taste and adjust as needed.
Allow the broth to cool and then add ice cubes.

Take a large serving bowl and add gar noodles to it.
Pour the broth over the noodles.
Top with cucumber slices, boiled egg, cooked meat slices and pear slices.
You can add Gochujang as desired.
Serving:
Serve with naengmyeon garach.
Tips:
Always wash naengmyeon noodles in cold water, so they don't stick.
To make the broth tastier, you can add some ginger or garlic to it.
