Coat the Chicken:
- Set up a breading station with three shallow bowls or plates. Place flour in the first bowl, beaten eggs in the second bowl, and panko breadcrumbs in the third bowl.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, shaking off any excess.
- Dip the chicken into the beaten eggs, making sure it's fully coated.
