Almond Blancmange with Blackcurrant Sauce
Ingredients:
For the Almond Blancmange:
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup ground almonds
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp gelatin powder
  • 1 tsp almond extract
  • Sliced almonds, for garnish

  • 1 cup blackcurrants (fresh or frozen)
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
Instructions:
