Samgyupsal is a popular Korean dish consisting of grilled pork belly served with various side dishes. Here's a simple recipe for making samgyupsal:
Ingredients:
500g pork belly, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves (for wrapping)
Ssamjang (Korean dipping sauce)
Kimchi (optional, for serving)
Sliced green onions (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
In a bowl, mix together the minced garlic, soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade.
Place the thinly sliced pork belly in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Make sure the pork is evenly coated. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes to an hour in the refrigerator.
Heat a grill pan or barbecue grill over medium-high heat.
Once the grill is hot, place the marinated pork belly slices onto the grill. Cook each side for about 2-3 minutes, or until they are nicely browned and cooked through.
