English Simpal Recipes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup chopped English Simpal Recipes spinach leaves
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2-3 chopped garlic cloves
- 1 small chopped green chili
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Red chili powder or garam masala for added spice (optional)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan or kadhai over medium heat.
- Add chopped Hindi Simpal Recipes garlic and green chili to the hot oil and sauté until they turn golden brown.
- Add chopped onions to the pan and sauté until they become translucent.
- Once the onions are translucent, add turmeric powder, sugar, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to the pan. Mix well.
- Add chopped spinach leaves to the pan and mix everything together.
- Cook the Marathi Simpale Recipes spinach mixture for a few minutes until the leaves are wilted and cooked.
- Once the spinach is cooked, adjust the seasoning if needed and sprinkle red chili powder or garam masala for extra spice if desired.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
