Matar Ghewda English Simpal Recipes (Green Peas and French Beans) dry vegetable is a simple and delicious Indian recipe. Here is how you can make it:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup green peas (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup French beans (Ghewda), chopped
  • 1 large onion, finely chopped
  • 2-3 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 1/2 inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped

Instructions:

  8. Garnish: Once the vegetables are cooked, garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
