Ingredients:
Thin restaurant style noodles (Thin rice noodles) - 200 gms
Potato - 1, paper cut
Onion - 1, paper cut
Carrot - 1, cut into pieces
Spinach - 1 cup, chopped
Shimla Chili (Capsicum) - 1, lacha cut
Mushroom - 1 cup, sliced
Oil - 2 tbsp
Soy sauce - 3 tbsp
Sesame seeds - 2 tbsp
Garlic - 2 onions, chopped
Salt, Sugar, Pepper powder - as per taste
Asafoetida (Asafoetida) - 1/2 tbsp
Mustard oil - 2 tbsp

1. Soak restaurant style noodles in hot water for half an hour. Then fry them in cool water for 5 minutes.
2. When the noodles are half soaked, remove them from the water.
3. Heat oil in a pan, add hing, garlic and peanuts.
4. Add potatoes, onions, carrots, shila chillies and mushrooms to it and give it a good start.

6. Add chillies, noodles, sauce, namak, salt, powder, spinach and saute well.
7. Keep everything and make it hot.
