Ingredients:
- 1 cup milk powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons English Simpal Recipes butter or ghee (clarified butter)
- Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
Prepare the Pan: Grease a plate or shallow dish with a little ghee or butter. Set it aside.
Mixing the Ingredients:
- In a non-stick pan, add the condensed milk and butter (or ghee) over low heat.
- Stir Hindi Simpal Recipe scontinuously until the butter melts and mixes well with the condensed milk.
- Gradually add the milk powder while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
- Add the cocoa powder and continue stirring until the mixture becomes thick and starts leaving the sides of the pan.
Cooking the Mixture:
- Keep stirring the mixture over low heat until it thickens to a dough-like consistency. This may take around 8-10 minutes.
Shaping the Burfi:
- Once the mixture thickens, remove it from the heat and transfer it to the greased plate or dish.
- Use a spatula or the back of a spoon to spread the mixture evenly in the plate, smoothing the surface.
Garnishing (Optional):
- If desired, sprinkle Marathi Simpale Recipes chopped nuts over the surface of the burfi and gently press them down with a spatula.
Cooling and Cutting:
- Allow the burfi to cool at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
- Once cooled, use a knife to cut the burfi into square or diamond-shaped pieces.
