Aluchi Bhaji English Simpal Recipes

 

English Simpal Recipes

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 2 cups (diced)
  • Spinach - 1 cup English Simpal Recipes (chopped)
  • Tomato - 1 medium (chopped)
  • Onion - 1 medium (chopped)
  • Garlic - 3-4 cloves (minced)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste
  • Coriander leaves - for garnishing
  • Cashews - 1/4 cup (for garnishing)

Instructions:

  1. Heat oil in a pan or skillet. Add minced garlic and chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Then, add diced Hindi Simpal Recipes potatoes, chopped spinach, and chopped tomatoes. Mix everything well and cook until potatoes are tender.
  3. Once the potatoes and all the vegetables are cooked, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. When the Aluchi Bhaji is ready, garnish with cashews and cook for another 1-2 minutes on low heat.
  5. Serve the hot Aluchi Bhaji garnished with coriander leaves.
