English Simpal Recipes |
Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 2 cups (diced)
- Spinach - 1 cup English Simpal Recipes (chopped)
- Tomato - 1 medium (chopped)
- Onion - 1 medium (chopped)
- Garlic - 3-4 cloves (minced)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Oil - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Coriander leaves - for garnishing
- Cashews - 1/4 cup (for garnishing)
Instructions:
- Heat oil in a pan or skillet. Add minced garlic and chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
- Then, add diced Hindi Simpal Recipes potatoes, chopped spinach, and chopped tomatoes. Mix everything well and cook until potatoes are tender.
- Once the potatoes and all the vegetables are cooked, add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, sugar, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.
- When the Aluchi Bhaji is ready, garnish with cashews and cook for another 1-2 minutes on low heat.
- Serve the hot Aluchi Bhaji garnished with coriander leaves.
