Ingredients:
- 500g prawns, cleaned and deveined

- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp garam masala powder

Instructions:
1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add cumin seeds and let them splutter.
2. Add chopped onions and sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger and garlic paste and sauté for a minute.
4. Add chopped tomatoes, red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the tomatoes turn soft and mushy.
5. Add the cleaned and deveined prawns to the pan and stir well.
6. Cover the pan with a lid and cook the prawns for 5-7 minutes until they are fully cooked.
7. Add garam masala powder and mix well.
8. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan.
