Muesli recipe


Sure, here's a basic recipe for muesli:

Ingredients:

- 2 cups rolled oats

- 1/2 cup nuts (such as almonds, pecans, or walnuts)

- 1/2 cup dried fruit (such as raisins, cranberries, or apricots)

- 1/4 cup seeds (such as pumpkin or sunflower seeds)

- 1/4 cup shredded coconut

- 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)

- 1 cup milk or yogurt

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Spread the oats and nuts on a baking sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes, until lightly toasted.

3. In a large bowl, mix together the toasted oats and nuts, dried fruit, seeds, shredded coconut, and cinnamon (if using).

4. Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the mixture and stir well to coat.

5. Serve with milk or yogurt, or store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
