Lassi



 Lassi is a popular yogurt-based drink that originated in the Indian subcontinent. It is a refreshing and healthy drink that can be enjoyed any time of the day. Here's a simple recipe for making lassi:


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or to taste)
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom (optional)



Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine the yogurt, cold water, ice cubes, sugar, salt, and cardamom (if using).
  2. Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy.
  3. Taste and adjust the sweetness according to your preference.
  4. Pour the lassi into glasses and serve chilled.
