Fish Stuff Recipe

Here's a simple recipe for fish stuff that you can use to stuff fish before baking or grilling:

Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs

- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 onion, finely chopped

- 1 clove garlic, minced

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

- 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill

- Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).

2. Melt the butter in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.

3. Add the breadcrumbs and herbs to the pan and stir well to combine. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Cook the mixture for another 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the breadcrumbs are lightly toasted and the mixture is fragrant.

5. Remove the pan from the heat and let the stuffing cool for a few minutes.

6. Use the stuffing to stuff a whole fish or fillets, packing it firmly into the cavity or laying it on top of the fillet. Use toothpicks or kitchen twine to secure the fish closed if necessary.

7. Place the stuffed fish in a baking dish and bake for 20-25 minutes, until the fish is cooked through and the stuffing is crispy and golden brown.

8. Serve the fish hot with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or a simple green salad.

Enjoy your delicious fish with homemade stuffing!
