Egg Chaat Recipe


 

Egg chaat is a popular Indian street food dish that is both delicious and easy to make. Here's a recipe for you to try at home:

Ingredients:

- 4 hard-boiled eggs

- 1 small red onion, finely chopped

- 1 small tomato, finely chopped

- 1 green chili, finely chopped

- 2 tablespoons fresh coriander leaves, chopped

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala

- Salt to taste

- 1 tablespoon oil

Instructions:

1. Begin by peeling the hard-boiled eggs and cutting them into small pieces. Set aside in a bowl.

2. In a separate bowl, mix together the chopped red onion, tomato, green chili, and coriander leaves.

3. Add the egg pieces to the vegetable mixture and mix well.

4. Add lemon juice, chaat masala, and salt to the egg mixture and mix again.

5. Heat the oil in a pan and add the egg mixture to it. Cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally.

6. Serve the egg chaat hot, garnished with additional coriander leaves if desired.
