Chocolate Dosa



 Sure! Here's a recipe for Chocolate Dosa:


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup water (adjust as needed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • Nutella or chocolate spread for filling
  • Sliced bananas or any other desired toppings



Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, and salt. Mix well to remove any lumps.
  2. Add milk, water, vanilla extract, and melted butter to the dry ingredients. Whisk everything together until you have a smooth batter. Adjust the consistency of the batter by adding more water if needed. The batter should be similar to regular dosa batter.
  3. Heat a non-stick dosa pan or skillet over medium heat. Make sure the pan is well heated before making the dosas.
  4. Take a ladleful of the chocolate dosa batter and pour it onto the center of the pan.
  5. Using the back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  6. Drizzle some melted butter or oil around the edges of the dosa.
  7. Cook the dosa for a couple of minutes until the bottom side is cooked and the top side starts to look dry.
  8. Flip the dosa carefully using a spatula and cook the other side for another minute.
  9. Once both sides are cooked, remove the dosa from the pan and place it on a plate.
  10. Spread a generous amount of Nutella or chocolate spread on one half of the dosa.
  11. Fold the dosa in half to cover the chocolate filling and gently press it.
  12. Repeat the process to make more chocolate dosas.
  13. Serve the chocolate dosas hot with sliced bananas or any other desired toppings.
